Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds include the original standard delivery cost (where applicable) and will be made using your original payment method.
If an item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from cancellation rights under UK law.
We can only accept returns on personalised items if they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.
